LawVision Launches LPMAware™ – First E-Learning Legal Project Management Essentials Program
LawVision has launched LPMAware™, a new program to help legal professionals understand how the key elements of legal project management (LPM) can be used to help manage client expectations, communicate more effectively with the matter team internally and connect more efficiently with in-house counsel and client teams. The program was developed as a result of the positive response to last year’s launch of the enhanced LPM certification e-learning course, LPM LaunchPad™ Certificate in the Fundamental Skills of Legal Project Management.

LPMAware™ is a 45-minute introduction to the essentials of LPM, providing lawyers and other legal professionals with a better understanding of how to integrate project management principles, skills, processes and behaviors into their management of legal matters on a day-to-day basis.
