Business Development Training
BD Training Program: Client retention, client growth and new business development is the focus of our Rainmaking Advantage® Training. The workshop is delivered by our team of sales experts who are former sales professionals and experienced business developers. We will work with your firm’s lawyers to improve their skills and their commitment to winning new business, retaining existing clients and enabling those clients to entrust the firm with more work.
Our program is a scalable, repeatable and sustainable business development system that provides a common framework and set of “tools” for business development. It is designed to increase awareness and motivation to drive incremental revenue, while reducing fear and stress related to business development. Lawyers will learn concepts, processes and practical steps of selling, enabling them to confidently pursue new business opportunities and build firm revenues. It’s the most important course not taught in law school!
