Legal Project Management Certification Training Workship (Virtual and Live Formats)

LPM LaunchPad™ Certification
Cost: $895 | Access Time: 120 days

This course includes approximately three hours of online instruction and exercises, followed by a project submission which is reviewed and approved for certification. The LPM Institute’s LPM Certification is the first of its kind and the most widely recognized by leading law departments and law firms as a measure of LPM understanding and achievement. Upon completion of the LPMLaunchPad™ course and approval of the final project submission, learners earn the LPM LaunchPad™ Certificate in the Fundamentals of Legal Project Management from the LPM Institute.

The all-inclusive program covers essential LPM tools such as scoping, work plans, budgeting, risk analysis, and more. The course provides a solid framework for lawyers, paralegals, legal assistants, and other legal professionals on how to integrate LPM principles, skills, processes and behaviors into their management of legal matters. LPM principles give lawyers and professional staff the tools to communicate more clearly with clients and each other.

Advanced Certificate in Legal Project Management

For law firm professionals interested in learning to apply all of the LPM tools and techniques to their matters we offer an Advanced Certification program.  However, due to the rigorous nature of the Advanced Certification program, our LPM LaunchPad Certification is a prerequisite for the program.

Carla Landry is a Principal at LawVision and leads the Legal Process Improvement practice. She coaches legal teams on implementing legal process improvement and legal project management techniques into their matters, working with them to tailor services that streamline delivery and significantly reduce costs. With more than 25 years of service in the legal industry, Carla’s first priority is to understand what her clients want and work hand-in-hand on how to deliver it.
