Description: When we are in a period of uncertainty and change, we feel pushed out of our comfort zones against our will, our anxiety increases, and morale dips. The goal of this virtual interactive workshop is to provide a few minutes of stress relief, connection, and collaboration among newly distributed team members.

Format: Zoom meeting, 30 minutes, for up to 10 people.

Cost: $200 for each workshop of up to 10 people.

Audience: Ideal for staff and attorneys who would be comfortable sharing feelings and trying a couple of not-so-serious activities together.
